Hello, my name is Doug Miller and I am the President of the Bay Wind Field Inc. I would like to welcome all you shareholders to this 2025 AGM/EGM.
At our last AGM held in November 2024, I said that the Bay could possibly pay it’s first ever dividend possibly by April 2025. Unfortunately, we had no idea of the work that would be involved in making sure the share register was 100% correct and up to date. There were mistakes made over 20 years ago when the first register was moved into a new edition with new share numbers. There were Shares not brought forward that had to be corrected along with a lot of other mistakes. A good number of shares had been bought and sold that had not been properly recorded. Some shareholders had passed away and we weren’t informed. We have made every effort to contact the estates but there are still a couple still not accounted for. The above is just to let you all know why we missed the overly optimistic April date.
After our AGM/EGM, we anticipate mailing out the cheque’s in the first or second week of December. Please check that we have your correct address.
