Hello, my name is Doug Miller and I am the President of the Bay Wind Field Inc. I would like to welcome all you shareholders to this 2024 AGM.
At our last AGM, I said “Optimistically, we should be very close to our goal to pay a dividend by the end of 2024”. I can now report that my optimism has come true. The Bay has now enough funds to pay a dividend.
This will be our first dividend payout, something no one on this board has had any experience doing. We are working with our accountants that will be involved with the payouts. We are trying to make sure that everything we do is in your best interest.
We have a lot of work ahead of us to get this dividend out as soon as possible and we will be working very hard to get it done, for approximately end of April 2025.
